Squircle Scan captures/imports and processes ID-card, passport and document images, arranges pages, adds visual signing/watermark content, recognizes text locally, and saves/exports results. It is a preparation tool, not an identity-verification, government, document-authentication, certification or notarization service.
Use the app lawfully and with the necessary rights to the content you process. Do not forge identity documents, misrepresent a document or signature, distribute unlawful/infringing content, or use the app for fraud. Do not bypass authorization, pirate or redistribute the proprietary app without permission. These restrictions do not limit rights granted by applicable law or third-party open-source licenses.
The app’s proprietary code, interface and content are protected by applicable rights. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, copyright notices and applicable attribution requirements. See Open Source Licenses; those licenses govern the corresponding components.
Before the standard trial starts, or after it ends without purchase, scan content is read-only. You may view/delete Saved scans and view/delete existing exported files; settings, sizes and reusable asset libraries remain available. Creating/importing/editing scans, OCR, saving, exporting/sharing, copying results, packaging, backup/restore and screen capture require an active trial or purchase. After expiry, Saved thumbnails and opened previews show a trial-expiry watermark. Export necessary results before the seven days end; there is no free post-expiry export or retrieval period. A one-time Google Play purchase unlocks the full version without a subscription or automatic renewal. Eligible purchases can be restored; verified cached purchases work offline on an already authorized device. Reinstallation requires purchase restoration. An export already authorized and started may finish; expiry blocks new exports.
Trial startup requires internet and an explicit trial-start action, with no automatic charge. A valid signed trial can be used offline within its term, except when online clock verification is required. The purchase price and applicable purchase/refund terms are shown by Google Play. Keep access to the purchasing account for restoration.
Automatic correction and OCR may be inaccurate. Review boundaries, text, layout, masks, watermarks, signatures and final exports before relying on them. Confirm the recipient’s requirements, including any original/live-capture requirement. Acceptance and accurate physical printing are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for keeping backups and remembering output passwords. App-private work can be lost on uninstall or data clearing. Existing external outputs/backups may remain after uninstall. See Help for the workflow and Privacy Policy for data handling.
The app is provided as is, subject to any rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every submission. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not override mandatory consumer rights.
